Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  • Free Ground Shipping: We ship all standard orders to the lower 48 via ground service at no charge.
  • Processing Time: Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking when your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier. Please inspect deliveries promptly and note any visible damage with the carrier at delivery.
  • Address Changes and Refusals: If you request an address change after shipment or refuse delivery, additional carrier fees may apply.

Returns Overview

  • RMA Required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We do not pay for return shipping. You are responsible for all return freight charges.
  • Condition Requirements: We do not accept returns of damaged or used tires. Tires that have been mounted, driven on, inflated, deflated, repaired, patched, or show any wear, scuffs, bead damage, or chemical/UV exposure are considered used and are not eligible.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned clean, unmounted, and in original condition with all labels. Affix labels to tread-protecting wrap or to the label area; do not tape directly to sidewalls.
  • Return Transit Risk: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. Use a trackable, insured carrier and keep your receipt.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request an RMA within 30 days: Email [email protected] with your order number, the SKU(s) and quantity, and clear photos showing the tire condition and labels.
  2. Receive RMA and instructions: We will email your RMA number and the return address. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
  3. Ship your return: Send the product within 14 days of RMA issuance using a trackable, insured service. Include the RMA number on the label and in the box or wrap.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Damaged or used tires (including any mounted, driven-on, repaired, or worn items)
  • Items returned without an RMA or outside the RMA window
  • Special orders, clearance, or final-sale items if indicated at purchase

Refunds

  • Inspection: Refunds are issued after inspection confirms the tires are unused and in original condition.
  • Method: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Timing: Please allow 5–10 business days after delivery to our facility for inspection and processing, plus your bank’s posting time.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you selected a paid expedited option, that fee is non-refundable.

Wrong, Missing, or Damaged on Arrival

  • Wrong or Missing Items: Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos; we will make it right.
  • Damage at Delivery: Note damage with the driver, photograph the packaging and tires, and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist with a carrier claim. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
